FreeME Terms of Service

Welcome to FreeME. By accessing or using the FreeME app and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must follow these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Service.

2. The Service

FreeME provides self-discipline tracking and community features. The Service may include, for example:

Daily check-ins and streak tracking
Milestones and progress analytics
AI assistant features
Community posting and messaging
Rankings and achievements

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Subscriptions (iOS)

FreeME may offer paid subscription plans via Apple In-App Purchase.

Pricing: Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. See Apple’s support page: Request a refund for apps or content.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content & Conduct

You may not use the Service to post or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by FreeME or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any AI-related outputs are for informational purposes only and are not professional advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located, unless otherwise required by law.
